A governadora Roseana sempre foi determinada em suas ações, principalmente quando o assunto são obras que melhorem a vida e o bem-estar dos ludovicenses. Assim foi com os viadutos, os Vivas, os Faróis da Educação, a reforma do Centro Histórico, a transformação da Lagoa da Jansen no maior cartão postal da capital. Agora, a governadora não mão de que as obras para São Luís fiquem na promessa e com sua determinação espera entregar aos ludovicenses, o Espigão Costeiro, a Ponte Quarto Centenário, a Via Expressa, a Avenida Metropolitana, a duplicação da Avenida dos Holandeses e uma nova biblioteca. Ele mesmo fez questão de anunciar que esse serão os presentes pelos 400 anos de São Luís.
Imbuído na determinação da governadora, o secretário de Infraestrutura, Max Barros, vem realizando todos os cronogramas e ações de responsabilidade direta de sua pasta, porém esbarra na má vontade, na ‘burrocracia’ idiota e no fluxo imbecil da Procuradoria Geral do Estado.
Segundo informações, o secretário Max Barros já solicitou diversas vezes a permanência em sua secretaria de um procurador, coisa não atendida. Max Barros já não agüenta mais ligar pedindo com urgência a presença de um procurador, visto que são constantes nessas obras ações judiciais, tais como desapropriação, licenças e outros embaraços. Só para se ter uma idéia, na desapropriação aparece seis donos do local, coisa que embaraça o seguimento da obra e precisa de uma ação judicial emergencial.
De acordo com um procurador, a Procuradora Geral, Helena Maria Cavalcanti Haickel, disse que a Procuradora não pode dispor de um procurador exclusivo para atender o secretário Max Barros. Ora bolas!!! Que conversa mais idiota é essa!!! O secretário Max deu até para ligar diretamente para os procuradores, porém recebe a seguinte resposta: “secretário, com certeza estaria aí para ajudá-lo, porém se a minha chefa souber, ela abre um processo contra mim”.
Que diabo de fluxo e rotina é essa adotada pela Procuradoria do Governo? Rotinas e fluxos são alterados de acordo com as necessidades administrativas, tal como essa do secretário Max Barros.
Por outro lado, a Procuradora Geral, Helena Maria Cavalcanti Haickel, distribuiu gratificações, horas extras e reduziu o horário de trabalho de vários procuradores. O órgão dispõe de mais de 60 procuradores e não tem um para acompanhar “in loco” as necessidades da Secretaria de Infraestrutura é no mínimmo falta de liderança ou mesmo a intenção de prejudicar as ações da governadora Roseana. Então, que exponha uma justificativa que possa persuadir apenas a governadora, pois isso não tem justificativa.
Segundo procuradores, a principal adjunta da procuradoria, que poderia fazer esse trabalho exclusivo a Secretaria de Infraestrutura, não possui capacidade técnica alguma, haja vista que apenas serve de figura decorativa, pois não consegue analisar um simples processo licitatório.
Portanto, que o governo Roseana, caso não sejam cumpridas as obras, vem utilizar da mesma desculpa hipócrita da Prefeitura de São Luís quando diz que os buracos nas avenidas e ruas de São Luís são culpa da governadora Roseana e do senador Sarney. Não são embargos da Prefeitura que está prejudicando o andamento das obras, mas sim a “burrocracia” da Procuradoria Geral do Governo!!!

é impressionante!! quando o governo apresenta projetos de grande relevância e que trariam grandes melhorias à nossa população, a burocracia emperra tudo. eu acho que um procurador não faria falta a um órgão que tem 60. do jeito que as coisas vão, a equipe da governadora prejudica ate o lançamento de um nome da base para as eleições municipais, obrigando a governadora a fazer alianças sem sentido e sem qualquer garantia, o que prejudica ainda mais a situação de São Luis.
A governadora não pode saber de tudo que está acontecendo nas secretarias, mas precisa saber para tomar as providências necessárias.

“O secretário de Estado da Saúde, Ricardo Murad, disse que o que diferencia um governo bom do ruim é a forma como os serviços públicos são ofertados”. Sobre esse comentário gostaria de relatar forma como os serviços públicos estão sendo ofertados: Recentemente uma família precisou do Hospital Carlos Macieira (IPEM) e para a decepção o hospital está um caos. São poucos médicos e enfermeiras atendendo, há poucos lençóis para as camas. Sobre esse problema perguntamos para uma enfermeira do lençol e a resposta foi que são poucos e a lavanderia ainda não tinha devolvidos os poucos. Então foi necessário mandar buscar em casa. Para um médico ler laudo o paciente precisa ficar internato, mesmo sem necessidade. São muitas as irregularidades e o descompromisso da Secretaria de Saúde. O secretário Ricardo Murad foi o deputado mais votado em São Luis, mas nem assim ele tem consideração com as pessoas, pois deixar o IPEM, referência para o funcionalismo público, chegar como está é um ultraje, é humilhante, é degradante. Que sejam feitas as UPAS, mas não se pode deixar outros meios de atendimento médico em estado deplorável. Eu fico me perguntando: como o povo maranhense pode acreditar que seria diferente uma pessoa que gastou mais dinheiro na campanha do que na saúde? Que lógica é essa? Secretário o que realmente diferencia um secretário de saúde bom do ruim é a forma como os serviços da saúde pública são ofertado: sem discriminação, com competência, funcionários com seus salários pagos em dia, etc., etc.
Deveríamos comemorar a qualidade do atendimento da saúde pública em todos os hospitais e não somente nas UPAS.

Caio, interessante como tem gente disponível na PGE para se ofertar diretamente ao Max, mas quando te serviço para realizar, fazem corpo mole. alem disto, ogoverno nao contrata profissionais competentes para todas as areas (ai os projetos sao fracos, os questionamentos juridicos sao muitos e nao tem procurador suficiente) e também a Procuradora não manda buscar os procuradores que já estão criando teia em algumas pastas do Estado… Mudam os caciques e eles continuam fora da PGE.

certainly like your website however you have to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell the reality however I’ll surely come again again.
Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
