Hoje (22), o deputado Tatá Milhomem (DEM), usou do grande expediente, da Assembléia Legislativa, para expressar com muita competência e experiência sua posição política e visão do mundo atual.
Tatá iniciou seu pronunciamento lembrando que hoje é o Dia do Amante, fazendo uma analogia ao amante à Pátria, amante ao povo, amante aos eleitores e amante às belas mulheres.
Após essa introdução, Milhomem disse que tem ouvido pronunciamentos que lhe custa acostumar, porque jogar pedras, acusar, às vezes não é coisa muito difícil. “Já fui governo, fui oposição, mas meu comportamento aqui nesta Casa tem sido sempre zelar pelo respeito ao povo que me elegeu. Ouvi há poucos minutos aqui um deputado de peso, um deputado que já teve 400 mil votos para ser senador, a discordar contra a localização da construção de um hospital, disse Tatá.
“quanta sandice se diz aqui, não me interessa e não interessa ao povo a localização de um hospital. Se a localização é próxima às residências do povo, melhor. Mas se isso não for possível, que seja feito, que seja realizada a localização onde for possível. O que interessa é que o hospital seja construído. O que interessa é que o hospital seja para o bem da saúde do povo”, alertou o parlamentar.
Tatá falou que ouviu o secretário de saúde, que veio atendendo uma requisição, um pedido da Comissão de Saúde, onde passou das 11 da manhã às 7 horas da noite, a discorrer de tudo aquilo que se faz e que tem sido feito na área da saúde. “Mas o que se vê hoje é que não interessa a uma oposição desvairada o que se faz, porque o que se quer é que não se fizesse. Não interessa àqueles que quanto pior melhor, que sejam inauguradas Unidades de Atendimento. Ali atrás ouvi ainda agora, ouvi um depoimento de pessoas que estão sendo atendidas a pleno, 24 horas por dia, nas unidades inauguradas pela Secretaria de Saúde”, desabafou Milhomem.
Com muita coerência, Tatá falou: “Sem jogar pedra, reconheço que as unidades sucateadas, ultrapassadas dos Socorrões precisavam de um auxílio. Porque os Socorrões de São Luís do Maranhão para mim são verdadeiros depósitos de doentes. E aqui não quero culpar a administração municipal, porque sei das suas dificuldades. Agora, pegar e dizer que o socorro que está vindo, por parte do governo federal, por parte do governo estadual, não vale? Isso na pior das hipóteses é insensatez”, disse Milhomem.
Carlos Alberto Milhomem ao negar o aparte pedido pelo deputado Marcelo, disse que negar o que está sendo feito é uma insanidade. Negar porque faltou uma vírgula num contrato é porque está se querendo… Eu não entro nessa discussão, Deputado Marcelo. Se o aparte for para isso, eu dou o aparte.
Por fim, o deputado Milhomem foi parabenizado por seus pares, pois discorreu sem jogar pedra independente do governo do qual faz parte.
Com muita coerência, Milhomem, ao encerrar seu discurso falou: “Então, Senhor Presidente, o que nós precisamos é de uma oposição eficaz, uma oposição que funcione, não uma oposição que venha aqui após, queria-se ouvir o Secretário, o Secretário veio, depois amarelou- se e depois que o secretário sai aí se resolve atirar pedras, paciência! Muito obrigado”, encerrou Milhomem.
