O prefeito Castelo, por exemplo, tem a plena noção de que é teimoso. Mas só percebe essa característica quando se arrepende. Ah!!! Se ele ponderasse e pensasse, que podia ter escutado e tomado a decisão com mais calma com relação ao famigerado IPTU!!!
Agora, sua teimosia em querer manter o injustificável quanto a fórmula esdrúxula para cobrar o IPTU, Castelo se arrepende e resolve baixar decreto cobrando o IPTU de 2011 com base nos valores cobrados em 2010.
Menos ruim para o contribuinte, porém muito mal para o prefeito João Castelo, que bastava ter bom senso e assumir que errou. Com certeza estaria no caminho certo…
Senhor João Castelo, uma pessoa que aprende por ouvir, sem questionar as instruções dadas, podem enfrentar problemas quando seus guias não são bons…. Não se esqueça disso, mesmo na sua idade. Lembre-se sempre do que Jesus avisou deste problema: “Propôs-lhes também uma parábola: Pode, porventura, um cego guiar outro cego? Não cairão ambos no barranco?”
Uma outra maneira de aprender envolve a experiência própria. Às vezes, por não ter a oportunidade de receber instrução, ou pela teimosia de não aceitá-la, cometem-se muitos erros e se sofre com suas conseqüências. Veja o seu caso prefeito? Por que tanta teimosia numa coisa completamente ilícita?
O seu pior problema, prefeito João Castelo, é a tendência de recusar a aprender a sabedoria. O senhor não ouve as palavras de instrução. Mesmo com tantos anos de estrada, não aprendeu com suas falhas e nem tampouco com seus próprios erros.
Faltou-lhe consciência para tomar essa boa decisão tardiamente. Sua rebeldia e sua teimosia, senhor João Castelo, só trouxe o desgaste para sua gestão, que só assumiu o erro grosseiro depois de ser provado em várias instâncias, e da coletividade, que em sua maioria já gastou o dinheiro que tinha guardando para pagar o IPTU em cota única. Quanto aos prejuízos do município, deixo para o senhor ter a coragem de dizer….

O Plano, orçado aproximadamente em R$ 153 milhões (recursos próprios da administração municipal) e que contemplará ao todo 418 km de vias, proporcionará mais segurança, confortabilidade e melhor trafegabilidade pela malha viária da capital.
