O Comitê Gestor do Planejamento Estratégico 2012 – 2016 do Ministério Público do Maranhão realizou, ontem (15), a etapa final de treinamento para colocar em prática o resultado do planejamento.
Na ocasião, o consultor da empresa responsável pela elaboração do plano, Roberto Campos, fez um balanço de todas as fases do trabalho iniciado em maio, com o encontro de Alinhamento Estratégico que reuniu na mesma mesa procuradores, promotores de Justiça e servidores da instituição ministerial.
Roberto Campos relembrou que o trabalho embasado nas audiências públicas ocorridas em Imperatriz, Timon, Santa Inês, Pinheiro e São Luís, contribuiu com a definição das prioridades para a Instituição, porque nessa fase, a sociedade civil organizada e a população em geral foram ouvidas. De acordo com ele, nas fases seguintes de elaboração do Planejamento aconteceu a validação dos mapas estratégicos e dos indicadores, agora chega-se a etapa de finalização. Nela, o trabalho técnico será colocado em prática de forma cronológica viabilizando tudo que foi planejado por meio das rotinas de gestão.
Durante este período, o trabalho foi de coleta de informações e de análise do que foi apresentado e discutido por promotores e procuradores de Justiça, servidores, representantes da sociedade civil e pessoas da comunidade, o que originou mais de 20 projetos, abrangendo a área meio e a área fim da Instituição.
“Até agora o que fizemos foi organizar e definir a metodologia de trabalho para os próximos cinco anos estabelecendo metas, a forma de gerir os projetos e as rotinas de trabalho, os passos seguinte serão dados pelo conjunto de gestores dessas atividades específicas”, enfatizou Roberto Campos.
Para a procuradora-geral de Justiça, Maria de Fátima Rodrigues Travassos Cordeiro, a transformação das demandas apresentadas em projetos é a materialização do trabalho de construção de um Ministério Público resolutivo e mais próximo do cidadão. “ Um dos nossos objetivos principais a partir de agora, é contribuir efetivamente com ações pontuais para a elevação do Índice de Desenvolvimento Humano do Maranhão, que é uma responsabilidade de todos”.
O trabalho desenvolvido durante a elaboração do Planejamento Estratégico do Ministério Público será compilado em uma publicação a ser lançada e apresentada para todos os membros e servidores ministeriais, assim como à população em geral, no próximo 21 de novembro.
