Recebi um email de uma concorrente: Adriana Ferreira Araú jo – adrianameubb@hotmail.com – que demonstra total revolta com o concurso do qual ela participou. Diante de tantos questionamentos e críticas, conforme abaixo, seria providencial que o presidente do Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão, desembargador Jamil Gedeor, que expressa ser um democrata e homem de diálogo, viesse a público esclarecer tais argumentações abaixo:
“Poxa amigos as pessoas se esforçam para estudar, gastam com cursinho se preparando par o concurso do TJMA, e o órgão faz maior…”
1 – Sempre é a mesma instituição desde seu primeiro concurso em 2006 (sempre sem licitação), sabe por quê? Essa instituição que já mudou de nome varias vezes, eles conseguem manipular e dizer quem passa e quem não passa.
2- Agora mesmo você pode ver os nomes dos assessores de informática da presidência (Hamilton Pitanga), do corregedor (Arnaldo Lindoso), do desembargador Paulo Velten, da desembargadora Buna (Toni Terças), todos passaram de uma vez no concurso para técnicoem hardware. Fazemisso e empurraram goela abaixo da população que acredita ser um concurso honesto.
3 – Tivemos inúmeras questões anuladas no concurso, pois foram elaboradas de forma errada, por isso deveriam dar os pontos das questões a todos, ai erraram de novo e ao invés de darem para quem fez para auxiliar (cargo que anularam as questões), deram para técnicos.
4 – Por causa desses pontos, aumentaram a média de corte sem ter sido feito alteração no edital.
5 – Pra ninguém saber desses assessores beneficiados a instituição do concurso só colocou um dia a relação dos aprovados no site, se você tentar hoje já não consegue, ou melhor, no outro dia já não conseguia.
“Eu te pergunto, kd o ministério público, a procuradoria que não anula esse concurso de… cheio de irregularidades, nos ajude, por favor, isso precisa deixar de acontecer, é vergonhoso, é podre, essa empresa fraudulenta tem que sair dos concursos do TJ”.
Diante do exposto, verifica-se que será preciso uma explicação plausível, que tire todas as dúvidas dos concorrentes e mostre a lisura do concurso.
