Malafaia é ou não é “Persona non grata”?
São Luís, 16 de agosto de 2011 – As igrejas evangélicas de todo o Maranhão estão mobilizadas para participar do principal evento religioso do país, que acontece dias 20 e 21 de agosto no aterro do Bacanga,em São Luís. Oato é organizado pelo pastor Silas Malafaia. Cerca de 600 voluntários estarão envolvidos no trabalho de divulgação e mobilização neste final de semana. Caravanas do interior do Maranhão e de estados vizinhos deverão participar do evento. São esperadas 100 mil pessoas nos dois dias da Cruzada.
Presidente Nacional do PT em São Luís
A Comissão Executiva Estadual do PT-MA informa a chegada a São Luís, do presidente nacional do Partido dos Trabalhadores, Rui Falcão, nesta sexta-feira, 19 de agosto, e convida os profissionais da imprensa para entrevista coletiva que acontecerá no hotel Holiday In às 15:00h com Rui Falcão.Em São Luiz, Rui Falcão irá participará de Plenária com dirigentes, deputados, prefeitos, vice-prefeitos, vereadores, lideranças, militantes e filiados, do PT, que será realizada no hotel Holiday In, às 19:00h. Está previsto ainda reunião com a Comissão Executiva Estadual do PT e visita à governadora Roseana Sarney e ao vice- governador Washington Luiz. O encontro acontecerá no Hotel Holiday In, sexta-feira (19), as 15:00h.

Durante a sessão desta terça-feira, 16, os membros da 2ª Câmara Cível do TJ mantiveram decisão que reintegrou ao cargo o prefeito de Presidente Juscelino, Dácio Rocha Pereira, afastado pela Câmara Municipal.
Já não era sem tempo… Governo lança projeto de despoluição da Lagoa da Jansen
Um projeto piloto prevê a despoluição da Lagoa da Jansen, um dos principais pontos turísticos de São Luís, que enfrenta problemas com o lançamento de esgotos. Será uma tecnologia sustentável de nome EM que utiliza organismos que agem no processo de despoluição. “É uma experiência que foi adotada com sucesso em vários países e, no Brasil, tem como exemplo a Lagoa da Pampulha,em Belo Horizonte”, declarou o secretário de Estado das Cidades e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Secid), Pedro Fernandes. Lançado nesta terça-feira (16), num dos pontos da Lagoa da Jansen, entre os bairros São Francisco e Renascença, o projeto conta com a parceria das Secretarias de Estado de Meio Ambiente (Sema), Infraestrutura (Sinfra), Esporte e Lazer (Sedel), Cidades e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Secid) e a Companhia de Saneamento Ambiental do Maranhão (Caema). Participam ainda, secretarias municipais e a Universidade Federal do Maranhão.
Ceuma terá que indenizar mãe de aluna por inscrição no Serasa
A 4ª Câmara Cível do Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão (TJMA) condenou a Associação de Ensino Superior (Ceuma) a pagar o valor de R$ 10 mil à mãe de uma aluna da instituição, a título de indenização por danos morais. Os desembargadores julgaram que a mãe da aluna teve seu nome indevidamente inscrito no cadastro de inadimplentes do Serasa. A decisão unânime, na sessão desta terça-feira, 16, entretanto, foi em parte favorável à universidade, ao reduzir o valor fixado pela Justiça de 1º grau, que era de R$ 20 mil. O relator, desembargador Jaime Araújo, seguiu orientação do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), que indica o valor de R$ 10 mil como o mais adequado para ressarcir danos morais em casos de inscrição indevida em cadastro de inadimplentes.

Acredito que o vereador envolvido na polêmica comparecerá ao evento evangélico. Até porque o pastor Malafaia está prometendo “quebrar no pau”, literalmente, o vereador Ivaldo caso este marque presença no local.
Certamente, a assessoria do edil já comunicou ao mesmo esta novidade e ele não perderá a “oportunidade”.
