Essa consolidação se deve ao povo brasileiro, que começou a questionar e criticar, atitude coerente para uma democracia.
No seguimento político a coisa ainda está longe de consolidar de fato a democracia, haja vista que a politicagem continua comandando, cujo resultado é apenas o jogo pelo poder e não o crescimento do país e do bem-estar do seu povo. Enquanto os políticos não se conscientizarem que são representantes do povo e para o povo, o cenário não mudará tão cedo… Julga-se acima do bem e do mal é algo repugnante.
O judiciário, não fica atrás, cujos magistrados se acham “deuses”, deixando de lado o humanismo e a consciência democrática. Tomam decisões arbitrárias como se fossem os donos da verdade. Simplesmente são parciais, coisa que prejudica a consolidação da democracia no Brasil.
O povo brasileiro exibiu uma demonstração de avanço rumo ao fortalecimento de sua jovem democracia.
Na pesquisa Vox Populi, o povo brasileiro mostrou que ainda está esperando mais ações do governo Dilma para que possa de fato fazer uma avaliação mais consistente, por isso 71% dos 2.200 entrevistados fizeram avaliação positiva do governo Dilma Rousseff, contudo apenas para 4% o desempenho é ótimo, 30% apontaram como bom, e 37% como regular positivo.
Com o povo sabendo questionar e criticar, pela primeira vez, o Brasil passa a combinar uma ampliação da renda por habitante à redução das desigualdades na distribuição da renda pessoal. Segundo os dados apresentados pelo IPEA, já é possível ‘observar uma redução nas desigualdades no interior da distribuição pessoal da renda do trabalho que, pela primeira vez, acompanhou a elevação da renda per capita dos brasileiros’.
Isso significa que, ao recuperar o valor real do salário mínimo nacional e expandir as vagas, o mercado passou a absorver uma parcela maior de trabalhadores que se encontravam na base da pirâmide social, reduzindo a taxa de pobreza no País.
Para se ter uma idéia, dos 2,1 milhões de vagas abertas no ano, em média, 2 milhões se deram entre pessoas que recebiam até um salário mínimo mensal – o maior saldo líquido foi contabilizado na década passada, quando atingiu um valor 44% superior ao verificado em 1980 e 1990 e 22% maior que o do decênio de 1970.
E observada, ainda, a participação no rendimento do trabalho na renda nacional também cresceu: foram 14%,8% entre os anos de 2004 e 2010. Neste mesmo período, inclusive, o grau de desigualdade na distribuição pessoal da renda foi reduzido em 10,7%.
A classe “C” está conseguindo fazer intercambio para estudar no exterior, isso demonstra que o povo vem buscando melhores oportunidades.
Por outro lado, o povo tem que questionar fatores primordiais para consolidação da democracia, como o fortalecimento da educação pública, através de reformas e ações que inibam os indesejáveis indicadores de analfabetismo, repetência e evasão escolar.
Como vimos, a vitória da democracia é um triunfo que devemos conquistar dia a dia, na construção de uma sociedade mais justa e equilibrada, com o povo exercendo o seu inalienável direito à cidadania.
