Vistos, relatados e discutidos os presentes autos em que são partes as acima indicadas, ACORDAM os Senhores Desembargadores da Primeira Câmara Criminal do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Maranhão, por unanimidade e de acordo com o parecer da Procuradoria Geral de Justiça, em receber a presente denúncia, nos termos do voto do Desembargador Relator. “[…] Assim, observa-se que restou demonstrada a adequação dos fatos narrados pelo órgão acusatório aos tipos penais previstos nos artigos 4º, VII, do Decreto-Lei 201/67, e 319, do Código Penal, o que autoriza o recebimento da inicial com o fim de apurar-se, mediante o devido processo legal, os fatos apresentados pelo Ministério Público. Com as considerações supra, acolhendo o parecer da Procuradoria Geral de Justiça, recebo a denúncia, instaurando a competente ação penal contra Glorismar Rosa Venâncio, prefeita municipal de Paço do Lumiar, nos termos em que foi ofertada. Oficie-se requisitando certidões de antecedentes criminais para fins de proposta de suspensão condicional do processo, conforme requerimento formulado pelo Ministério Público. É como voto.”

É moda em Paço do Lumiar o desfile de carrões, Thiago é um verdadeiro colecionador, mais esse meliante chamado Luis Carlos não fica atrás, esse rapaz tem Troller, Honda Fit, Corolla e uma Nissan Frontier, também com tantas licitações viciadas.
O Ministério Público deve está vendo tudo isso….
