É verdade que os efeitos concretos de suas ações podem ainda demorar a aparecer – e o trânsito de São Luís não ficou caótico do dia para a noite -, mas a sensação que se tem é a de que já existe alguém trabalhando, pensando em encontrar meios de facilitar o tráfego de veículos na capital.
Só isso ainda não basta, é fato. Há que se ter apoio da cúpula do Executivo – financeiro, principalmente –, fator preponderante para que o que tem se destacado, até agora, no campo das idéias, possa prevalecer no campo prático.

Ao informarmos no post abaixo que uma doença nos acometeu e que, por conta disso, tivemos dificuldade de atualizar o blog hoje, o comentarista Roberto Ojuara saiu com essa: “Ih, pegou a gripe Roseana. Deixa as vias expressas nasais cheias de problemas e a gente sem vontade nenhuma de trabalhar”. Hahahaha!!! Muito bom.
Enquanto isso… O teu chefe terá que acordar o mais rápido possível… Também quem mandou ser burro!!!
Em patética afirmação à imprensa, quando estava junto ao seu pai em noite de autógrafos e de revelações, a governadora Roseana Sarney simplesmente retratou com a máxima fidelidade o espírito de ânimo que comanda o seu atual governo. “Cansei!”. Essa é a palavra que sintetiza como ela se sente no governo. Disse também que seu desânimo provinha da falta de reconhecimento pelo seu trabalho, que nunca era valorizado e que tudo era a oligarquia mostrando estar incomodada por ser reconhecida como um dos mais importantes personagens da mal-falada organização.
Todos os que acompanham minimamente a rotina da atual cúpula do governo maranhense já sabiam do completo alheamento de Roseana Sarney, ausente de seu próprio governo. A especulação era tentar compreender o porquê de tanto descaso, desânimo e de pura falta de vontade de trabalhar.
O estranho é verificar que ela aparentemente nunca ligava para nada, talvez confiando no fato de que, ao final de tudo, conseguiria impor a todos sua versão dos fatos, pois possui, junto aos seus, uma das mais formidáveis máquinas de mídia estaduais a serviço da política, defendendo ostensivamente os interesses de seus proprietários. Creio que em nenhum estado brasileiro a oposição não tem qualquer acesso a nenhuma televisão local. Não há chances de se expressar no mais influente meio de comunicação de massa. Bloqueio total.
Contudo, não é (só) assim. Ela sabe que a população reage à citação de seu nome em acontecimentos públicos e se desanima com isso.
Agora, digam-me, em verdade, o que Roseana Sarney pode mostrar como realização do seu governo? A população enfrenta enormes dificuldades no seu cotidiano, que propaganda nenhuma, por mais que o Duda Mendonça capriche, é capaz de minimizar. Assim, o que é mostrado na TV e jornais inexoravelmente vai de encontro à dura realidade da vida real vivida pelos habitantes do nosso estado.
Essas pessoas enfrentam diariamente a falta de água, a falta de esgotos – que corre pela rua nos bairros nem tão afastados assim. Não bastasse isso, enfrentam ainda os prejuízos irreparáveis que surgem como consequência de colégios caindo aos pedaços e com o baixo nível do ensino ministrado (mostrado em sua realidade nos exames do MEC), na dureza e na baixa qualidade da saúde pública, no transporte coletivo… Assim, como não poderia deixar de ser, a propaganda que chega a essas pessoas soa falsa e utópica. Parece-nos enfadonho mostrar novamente os indicadores sociais do Maranhão, que só melhoraram em governos da oposição e que a falta de políticas públicas diretas para essas pessoas nos governos de Roseana só faz agravar. É chocante o contraste entre o poder que a família goza no governo federal e os nossos indicadores sociais, os piores do Brasil, cujos indicadores nacionais nem são tão bons assim.
Fazer propaganda de empresas que irão se instalar aqui e que trarão milhares de empregos contrasta com as estatísticas do Ministério do Trabalho, que nos colocam em ultimo lugar no país em criação de novos empregos.
Com a modernização do país e com a divulgação de estatísticas melhores fica a cada dia mais difícil enganar a população. Fotografias sorridentes da Governadora com Eike Batista é que não vão ajudar . Tampouco o anúncio apoteótico de Vias Expressas problemáticas, pois precisam necessariamente obedecer em seu traçado a lógica do grupo de beneficiar os seu interesses patrimoniais .
É escandaloso o traçado da via expressa que o governo anuncia (e que o povo já escolheu o seu verdadeiro nome – a Via Shopping By Shopping, pois liga o Shopping Jaracati, de propriedade do senador José Sarney, a outro shopping em construção na cidade ). Esse traçado obriga a estrada a cortar áreas de interesse ambiental e histórico sem o devido estudo e sem as licenças e audiências públicas necessárias, como denunciou oportunamente o CREA. Aliás, o que acontece agora é a repetição do que sucedeu com a construção dos famosos hospitais de Roseana Sarney, até hoje envolvidos em denúncias e suspeições sérias nunca esclarecidas, como também nunca concluídos , embora solenemente prometidos para dezembro do ano passado .
Parece-nos que Roseana Sarney quis dizer realmente é que cansou de fazer bonitas propagandas e o povo ( ingrato?) continua sem reconhecer o seu trabalho.
Seja lá por que for, Roseana está cansada e isso é muito ruim, pois é muito duro governar. E com uma pessoa tão cansada e desanimada o estado não vai muito longe…
Já o fato de sempre ser relacionada à oligarquia, nada há a fazer, já que ela se afirmou como sua estrela maior, quer goste ela ou não disso. Principalmente quando assumiu o governo, tirando do posto o governador eleito pelos maranhenses, em um processo classificado pelo ministro Resek como um golpe de estado jurídico. E tão forte quanto a constatação de que, quando saiu do governo em início de 2002, o Maranhão apresentava indicadores sociais terríveis, que colocavam o estado em último lugar entre os estados brasileiros.
Portanto, não dá para assimilá-la de outro modo. Enquanto isso, o Maranhão continua a produzir notícias ruins. A Folha de São Paulo de sexta-feira passada informa que nosso estado perdeu R$ 7 milhões no Ministério dos Direitos Humanos, destinado a reabilitação de jovens infratores, simplesmente porque nunca apresentou os projetos para receber o dinheiro. Isso pode nos mostrar duas coisas: ou o estado não se importa com a reabilitação desses jovens carentes ou está acéfalo e totalmente sem comando. Parece que a administração estadual também está cansada
E para concluir, os restaurantes públicos para pessoas de baixa renda e necessitados, que Roseana prometeu reabrir imediatamente, continuam de portas cerradas.
Esse governo é especializado em fazer promessas ao vento!

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
