NOTA DE REPÚDIO
Ocupei mais uma vez a tribuna da Assembléia Legislativa do Estado do Maranhão nesta quinta feira dia 14 para repudiar mais uma vez as ações do Prefeito João Castelo, e desta vez se faz necessário externar nossa indignação oficialmente em respeito às Instituições Democráticas do Maranhão, em especial a mais Alta Corte de Justiça do nosso Estado. Em Recurso impetrado no Supremo Tribunal Federal o Prefeito João Castelo acusa num trecho da malfadada ação os desembargadores do Maranhão, de terem feito julgamento em causa própria tentando levantar suspeitas sobre os nossos magistrados que suspenderam em caráter liminar cobrança indevida do IPTU 2011 fruto da Lei 5.392/2010, que modificou a Planta de Valores Genéricos dos imóveis de São Luis, que resultou no aumento abusivo do IPTU. Os desembargadores votaram de acordo com o que determina a legislação e em defesa dos contribuintes de São Luis, pois, foi constatado na ação impugnada desrespeito a Princípios Constitucionais, e outras irregularidades conforme demonstrado pela ADI impetrada pela OAB/MA, baseado num relatório de Investigação do Ministério Público do Estado do Maranhão, que resultou na liminar que o Prefeito tenta sem sucesso revogar no STF. É mais uma tentativa desesperada de alguém que não consegue conviver com o Estado Democrático e de Direitos, com o respeito à Impessoalidade das decisões judiciais. É atitude de quem pensa estar vivendo ainda nos tempos da ditadura militar que pensa que tudo pode e que tudo manda. Vimos repudiar essa atitude atentatória a imagem do Poder Judiciário maranhense e reafirmar a nossa confiança nos Desembargadores, Juízes e Promotores de Justiça, assim como na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil e na Imprensa.

Trio de assaltante é preso
Policiais do Serviço de Inteligência da Polícia Militar realizaram na manhã de hoje (14) a prisão de três homens acusados de realizarem assaltos na área do Coroado. A prisão dos foi baseada em informações repassadas ao Disque Denúncia (3223 5800 – capital e 0300 313 5800 – interior). Leonilson Eduardo Barbosa, 22 anos, morador da Rua Cobalto, nº 128, no Coroado; Marcelo Vieira Silva, 29 anos, residente na Rua da Minerva, Qd 25, nº 116 A, também no Coroado; e Carlos Eduardo Barbosa, 26 anos, morador da Rua Cupuaçu, Qd 46, nº 24, Lima Verde; foram presos acusados de realizar um assalto na madrugada do último dia 11 de Julho, contra um homem que se descolava para o trabalho. A vítima que teve seus objetos e sua moto roubada, uma Titan, de cor verde e placa HPI 6740, foi alvo de uma armadilha, em uma das ruas que dá acesso ao Parque Pindorama. Segundo informações policiais, o trio já é bastante conhecido pela prática de assaltos na região. Durante abordagem efetuada na residência de Marcelo Vieira, foi possível recuperar a moto. Os acusados foram encaminhados até o 2º Distrito Policial (João Paulo), onde foram reconhecidos pela vítima e autuados em flagrante.
Ribamar faz soiteio do Minha Casa, Minha Vida no domingo
A Prefeitura de São José de Ribamar e a Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) promovem, neste domingo (17), o sorteio das unidades habitacionais do programa federal Minha Casa, Minha Vida, que foram destinadas aos moradores do município. O sorteio será realizado no Parque Municipal do Folclore Therezinha Jansen, localizado na orla marítima da sede da cidade, e terá início às 9h. Um total de 11.783 pessoas, todas moradoras do município de São José de Ribamar, estão inscritas para participar do sorteio. Para São José de Ribamar, foram disponibilizadas 7.202 unidades habitacionais (casas), distribuídas entre os conjuntos Turiúba (3.151 unidades), localizado na região da sede; e Nova Terra (4.051), no bairro da Quinta. As famílias, de acordo com o programa, só poderão comprometer com o pagamento da prestação apenas 10% da renda durante o período de 10 anos. Ou seja, quem ganha, por exemplo, um salário mínimo ou menos do que este valor pagará R$ 50,00 de prestação.

Caro Manoel Ribeiro, as pessoas falam demais. Uma hora fala-se que o palácio é boate, outra hora que é cassino que se presta ao jogo de carteado e por aí vai. Liga, não. Quanto às viagens pagas com o erário fala-se que acontece em todos os governos. Em muitas rodas de conversas, depois de muitos chopes e cervejas, alguém solta a língua e fala de um amigo que foi assistir jogos de futebol ou participar de carteado com tudo pago por nós contribuintes. Parece que somos contribuintes perdulários de todas as administrações públicas. Há até quem diga que o governo comprou um helicóptero que sempre pousa nos heliportos dos Socorrões transportando doentes. Pode uma coisa dessas? E se vão desenterrar defuntos é bem capaz de irem atrás dos ossos da estrada Arame-Paulo Ramos. Eu é que não duvido de gente que fala muito.
É… Armários com esqueletos é o que não falta!!! Já pensou se viesse à tona os escândalos do tal Comitê Financeiro, que era formado pelos parentes do governador. As mais de 400 estradas fantasmas que ligam povoados inexistentes. Viesse a farra no porto do Itaqui. As festas para bonecas e cachorros com dinheiro do contribuinte. A boate no Palácio. Com certeza nessa mesa precisa de alguém em sã consciência para falar tudo isso!!!
Há tantas perguntas nesse estado realmente sem resposta. E eu aqui me perguntando: De quem foi o nome encontrado na agenda do dono da Gautama, onde ao lado tinha 200 mil? De quem a Gautama financiou campanha? Ai eu puxo pela memória, como faliram o Banco do Estado do Maranhão? Quem foi a galinha dos ovos de ouro dessa história? Bom, eu não sei, como disse são perguntas sem respostas, mas uma coisa eu sei e vamos ser francos, ninguém entende mais de festas que esse governo ai, fala a verdade!!

Quem tem um carro preso em Brasília, fruto de proprina da Gautama? Quem surrupiou os cofres públicos no apagar das luzes? Com se vê, eu sei, e uma coisa é certa, esses ladrões nunca mais!!!
Eu gostaria de saber pq o deputado não busca as autoridades supremas, assim como faz no Iptu, para viabilizar o pagamento dos professores do projovem urbano? Mais de 7 meses sem receber, é brincadeira!!!

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.
If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.
Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
One important issue is that when you’re searching for a education loan you may find that you will need a co-signer. There are many scenarios where this is correct because you should find that you do not employ a past history of credit so the lender will require that you’ve someone cosign the credit for you.
