Os deputados mais astutos do antigo bloquinho andam arrependidos quando da formação da Mesa Diretora da Casa, para eles a mesa não condiz com que eles esperavam. Contudo, afirmam que o presidente Arnaldo Melo e o Jota Pinto estão superando todas as expectativas. Por isso, seria viável na época que houvesse uma composição com a chapa derrotada!!!

Ele falou, ainda, que não poderá está presente na sessão de amanhã (07) porque estará em viagem com o presidente da Casa, deputado Arnaldo Melo, pela Baixada. Por isso, espera que seu requerimento entre na pauta da sessão de segunda-feira (11).

Convenhamos que isso seria a maior idiotice, ainda mais partindo de dois deputados antigos de parlamento. Ninguém é besta o suficiente para perder um mandato por falta de decoro, ainda mais dessa forma. Esse bate boca entre deputados é normal. Mas seria engraçado ver dois quarentões, sem nenhum preparo físico, sair na porrada. Em tramitação na Câmara, o Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE) foi inundado por emendas repletas de “boas intenções” que pretendem tornar mais ambiciosas as metas traçadas para esta década. Num esforço para atender movimentos sociais e sindicatos, os deputados ergueram várias bandeiras: universalização da demanda por creche, 10% do PIB para a educação e a destinação de 50% dos recursos do pré-sal para a área, o que havia sido vetado no governo Lula. As MPs garantem a destinação de 0,40% do ICMS para financiamento desses projetos. O montante anual destinado pelo governo, de acordo com o previsto na Lei é de R$ 24 milhões, sendo R$ 12 milhões para o esporte e os outros R$ 12 milhões para projetos culturais. “Com essa medida esperamos desenvolver mais essas áreas. Sabemos que o esporte tira crianças da rua e com os projetos que surgirão, a partir dessa Lei, vamos preparar melhor os atletas maranhenses para concorrer às Olimpíadas no Brasil”, observou a governadora. “Na cultura temos inúmeras riquezas que podem ser exploradas em projetos em área como cinema e teatro”, completou. Cada secretaria terá um comitê que analisará os projetos dentro dos parâmetros definidos pela Lei. “Desde que os projetos obedeçam a esses parâmetros, os proponentes irão ao mercado captar uma empresa para patrocinar”, esclareceu Haickel.

O juiz Paulo Mont’Alverne Frota, titular da 3ª Vara do Trabalho de São Luís, condenou as empresas ARM Telecomunicações e Serviços de Engenharia Ltda (primeira reclamada) e a Telemar Norte Leste S/A (segunda reclamada), esta última de forma subsidiária, a pagar indenização suplementar no valor de R$ 20 mil pela prática de dumping social, que se constitui, basicamente, em descumprimento deliberado e agressivo aos direitos trabalhistas, gerando danos ao trabalhador, à concorrência e à sociedade. Segundo o juiz, o pagamento de indenização suplementar é uma forma de coibir a prática nociva do dumping social. A indenização deverá ser revertida à Superintendência Regional do Trabalho e Emprego no Maranhão (SRTE/MA) para a compra de mobiliário, computadores e outros equipamentos.
