O deputado Alexandre Almeida (PT do B) destacou, hoje (18), a reunião da Comissão de Orçamento, Finanças, Fiscalização e Controle, realizada ontem (17).
A reunião teve como pauta a apresentação da Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias (LDO), encaminhada pelo governo do estado à Assembleia Legislativa. Para falar sobre a LDO, estiveram presentes à reunião o secretário-chefe da Casa Civil, Luis Fernando Silva, o secretário de Assuntos Políticos, Hildo Rocha, e o secretário de Planejamento, Fábio Gondim.
Segundo o deputado Alexandre Almeida, a Comissão de Orçamento inaugurou um novo expediente com a realização de audiências para a discussão aprofundada dos projetos de leis orçamentárias, procedimento anteriormente inexistente. “Como nesse momento está em análise a LDO, que define as diretrizes orçamentárias para a Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA), a presença do poder executivo, demonstrando transparência e compromisso, é fundamental para a implementação das políticas públicas a serem executadas”, destacou Almeida.
Durante a sua fala, o parlamentar destacou a ausência na reunião dos membros da oposição que fazem parte da Comissão. “Tivemos uma reunião bastante produtiva, com o Governo aberto para discutir com esta Casa o projeto da LDO, e a ausência dos deputados da oposição demonstra falta de compromisso em debater um assunto importante, que é a definição de metas, diretrizes e objetivos do Governo para os próximos quatro anos”, ressaltou.
Por outro lado, de acordo com o parlamentar, a presença dos secretários foi uma demonstração de compromisso e respeito com o poder legislativo, sobretudo com a sociedade, uma vez que esta é a maior beneficiada no momento da definição das políticas públicas voltadas a atender a população.
Alexandre Almeida frisou que todos os membros da comissão foram avisados da reunião. “Protocolamos os convites para que não tivéssemos problemas com o recebimento dos mesmos, assim realmente lamentamos a falta dos membros da oposição nesse momento, mas esperamos contar com eles nas próximas reuniões que faremos para discutir esse assunto”, declarou.
Segundo o parlamentar, só após as discussões e propostas de emendas, é que será construído o relatório a ser encaminhado para votação em plenário. “Por uma questão regimental, a Assembleia só pode entrar em recesso após a votação da LDO, mas também entendemos que o debate desse assunto é de fundamental importância, e a Comissão de Orçamento vai conduzir esse trabalho da melhor forma possível, a fim de garantir a aprovação de uma Lei que esteja em sintonia com o novo momento que vive o Maranhão”, declarou Almeida.
O parlamentar ainda informou que, na próxima semana, a Comissão de Orçamento vai receber o Poder Judiciário, TCE, Ministério Público e Defensoria Pública, para outra reunião.
Como se pode ver, a oposição apenas quer sempre usar da tribuna para usar da hipocrisia politiqueira para falar sobre o orçamento, cujo debate fica no senso comum. Aí está as razões de o Estado não conseguir superar os índices negativos.
Simplesmente, os politicos oposicionistas mostraram, com esse ausência, serem covardes e hipocritas. Que não venham com discursos oportunistas depois!!!
