Justiça condena e manda afastar prefeito de Apicum-Açu
A 2ª Câmara Criminal do Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão (TJMA) condenou o prefeito de Apicum-Açu, Sebastião Lopes Monteiro, a 5 anos de reclusão, em regime semiaberto, e 3 anos e 6 meses de detenção, em regime aberto, e determinou o seu imediato afastamento do cargo. Monteiro responde a ação penal movida pelo Ministério Público em que é acusado de várias irregularidades praticadas no ano 2000, quando também administrou o município. Apenas em suposta fraude de recursos do SUS, o desfalque nos cofres públicos seria de mais de R$ 157 mil. Ainda cabe recurso da decisão tomada na sessão desta quinta-feira, 12.
Construção de Centros de Educação Tecnológica
A governadora Roseana Sarney dá mais um passo para a efetivação do Programa Maranhão Profissional, que foi lançado esta semana. Nesta sexta-feira (13), às 11h, no Palácio dos Leões, ela lança editais de licitação para construção de 11 Centros de Educação Tecnológica (Cetecma) no estado. O investimento total é de R$ 28,1 milhões e a estimativa de atendimento é de mais de 50 mil alunos. “Os cursos oferecidos vão atender às demandas do Maranhão Profissional e também dos municípios. Vamos inserir o jovem de baixa renda no mercado de trabalho, por meio da profissionalização”, declarou o secretário de Ciência e Tecnologia, João Bernardo Bringel. Com a ação, o governo visa diminuir em aproximadamente 60% o percentual de pessoas na linha de pobreza em todo o estado.

O presidente da FAMEM, Júnior Marreca, disse, no encerramento das 14ª Marcha em Defesa dos Municípios em Brasília, nesta quinta-feira (12), em Brasília, que essa foi o maior movimento dos prefeitos maranhenses, enfatizando que o saldo foi extremamente positivo, porque os gestores municipais conseguiram chamar a atenção da bancada federal maranhense, do presidente do Congresso Nacional, senador José Sarney e do ministro das Minas e Energia, Edison Lobão para as questões municipalistas. “Tivemos uma participação de mais de 120 municípios. Os prefeitos mostraram-se extremamente participativos, tanto nas palestras das autoridades como nos debates. O municipalismo maranhense toma uma nova consciência a partir desta Marcha, tanto pelo volume, como pelos questionamentos”, disse Marreca.

A administração do prefeito Gil Cutrim (PMDB) divulgou o edital do concurso público para o preenchimento de 400 vagas na estrutura administrativa da Prefeitura de São José de Ribamar. O referido edital já está disponível na página eletrônica da Prefeitura (www.saojosederibamar.ma.gov.br) e no site da Fundação Sousândrade de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento da UFMA (www.fsadu.org.br), responsável pela realização do concurso público. Estão sendo oferecidas vagas para cargos de nível superior, nível médio e nível fundamental. As inscrições terão início no próximo dia 23 e poderão ser feitas até o dia 05 de junho somente através dos sites www.fsadu.org.br e www.sousandrade.org.br
Roberto Costa explica situação do Projovem Urbano
Roberto Costa disse que quando assumiu a Secretaria da Juventude enviou um ofício para a Coordenação Nacional de Juventude no dia 08 de maio de 2009 solicitando uma auditória na etapa que já estava em andamento do Projovem Urbano. Roberto falou que só obteve resposta do oficio após seu afastamento da Secretária por conta das eleições. A auditória iniciou no dia 20 de setembro de 2010 e finalizou quatro dias depois. Segundo Roberto, A Secretaria de Controle Interno da Presidência da República divulgou o resultado da Auditória no dia 24 de novembro de 2010, onde se comprovou os desvios da primeira etapa do Projovem, iniciada na gestão do governo passado e administrada pelo IMAM (Instituto Maranhense de Administração Municipal). Após os resultados da Auditória a Coordenação Nacional do Projovem, suspendeu os recursos do Programa no Maranhão. Após uma ampla discussão sobre o tema, o deputado Roberto Costa solicitou que seja feito uma Audiência Pública sobre o aumento do IPTU, para que se ouçam todas as partes envolvidas no episódio. “Não podemos aceitar essa situação, a Prefeitura continua afirmando que não houve fraude”.

Hoje (12), o deputado federal Edivaldo Holanda Junior, esteve reunido com vários prefeitos do estado do Maranhão, entre eles o prefeito de São José de Ribamar Gil Cutrim, onde na ocasião, tratou sobre a importância da luta municipalista no Brasil. O encontro de autoridades políticas do país neste ano foi marcado pela XIV marcha a Brasília em defesa dos Municípios, com a finalidade de discutir temas fundamentais para o aperfeiçoamento da federação brasileira, tais como: a divisão dos royalties do petróleo e a regulamentação da emenda constitucional 29 que assegura recursos mínimos para o financiamento das ações e serviços públicos de saúde.
Luciano Moreira e a Reforma Tributária
O deputado federal Luciano Moreira presidiu, hoje (12), a mesa do 2º Ciclo de Conferências para debater Reforma Tributária, proposto e realizado pela Comissão de Finanças e Tributação da Câmara dos Deputados. A tônica da reunião foi a discussão em torno do Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS) nos estados. Participaram do evento os principais representantes das secretarias de fazenda estaduais, além dos parlamentares membros da Comissão. De acordo com Luciano, que ocupa o cargo de relator da subcomissão da Reforma Tributária na Casa, o evento contribuiu intensamente no fornecimento de subsídios teóricos para a produção do relatório da subcomissão.

Ela é Graduada em Enfermagem pela Universidade Federal do Maranhão (1989), Mestre em Enfermagem pela Universidade de São Paulo (1997) e Doutorado em Enfermagem pela Universidade de São Paulo (2001); Pós-Doutora em Enfermagem EEUSP (2008).

01. Os cargos de nível superior que já existiam na estrutura da Prefeitura (são eles assistente social, fisioterapeuta, fonoaudiólogo, nutricionista, farmacêutico, psicólogo e cirurgião dentista) têm suas remunerações complementadas com gratificações específicas.
02. Os cargos de enfermeiro e enfermeiro obstetra, a remuneração é complementada com gratificação e produtividade específica.
03. O cargo de médico, a remuneração é complementada com produtividade específica.
04. Os novos cargos de nível superior que foram criados recentemente na estrutura da Prefeitura (são eles terapeuta ocupacional, fiscal do meio ambiente e auditor fiscal de tributos municipais) já possuem os vencimentos baseados na remuneração final dos cargos de nível superior que já existiam.
05. Todos os cargos efetivos da Prefeitura Municipal de São José de Ribamar serão contemplados com um novo Plano de Cargos e Salários que está em fase de elaboração. Os cargos citados nos itens 01, 02 e 03 terão seus vencimentos base realinhados em conformidade com os recentemente criados.
06. Esclarecemos também que os cargos de nível médio também serão contemplados no Plano de Cargos e Salários em elaboração.
07. Informamos, ainda, que estes procedimentos foram adotados para que os servidores efetivos, advindos de concursos anteriores, possam ser alinhados e reposicionados de maneira adequada após a aprovação da Lei que regerá o novo Plano de Cargos e Salários dos servidores, que estará em vigor antes da nomeação dos novos concursados.
08. E por fim, informamos que todo o processo do referido concurso público está sendo conduzido no mais rigoroso padrão de qualidade, clareza e transparência, além de estar sendo realizado pela Fundação Sousândrade, referência em execução de concursos públicos.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
