Direto de Brasília – A executiva do PMDB aprovou, ontem (22/3) a prorrogação dos mandatos das direções nacional e estaduais do partido por mais dois anos. Com isso, o vice-presidente da República, Michel Temer, continuará na presidência do partido até abril de 2013. Ele está licenciado do cargo, ocupado agora pelo primeiro vice-presidente, senador Valdir Raupp (RO).
Os integrantes da comissão executiva também aprovaram, por unanimidade, a obrigatoriedade da conclusão do curso preparatório para candidatos, elaborado e oferecido gratuitamente pela Fundação Ulysses Guimarães.
De acordo com o presidente da fundação, Eliseu Padilha, os diretórios estaduais terão a prerrogativa de decidir como os cursos serão ministrados. “Os candidatos, se eleitos, serão obrigados a participar do programa de ensino para tomar posse.”
Para o presidente em exercício da legenda, Valdir Raupp, o programa de ensino desenvolvido pela fundação poderá aprimorar ainda mais os quadros políticos do PMDB.
Quanto aos Diretórios municipais, a Executiva Nacional decidiu que ficará por conta dos Diretórios Estaduais se realizam ou não as eleições. Para o dirigente Remi Ribeiro, a Executiva do PMDB maranhense deve resolver pelas eleições para os diretórios municipais, que devem acontecer no mês de setembro, uma vez que o partido tem que acomodar seus candidatos visando as eleições de 2012.
Depois do lançamento da biografia do presidente Sarney, o PMDB se reuniu em um jantar, para comemorar os 45 anos de partido.

FATO INÉDITO NO BRASIL OCORRE EM BOM JARDIM, NESTE ESTADO.
Durante o processo eleitoral para escolha da nova mesa diretora da Câmara de Vereadores de Bom Jardim, para o biênio 2011-2012, o vereador FRANCISCO FERREIRA LOPES, então Presidente daquela casa do Poder Legislativo Municipal, deu uma verdadeira rasteira nas regras do Estado Democrático de Direito e até mesmo nas regras da matemática, vez que o Poder Legislativo Municipal de Bom Jardim é composto por um total de 9 vereadores e em 14.12.2010 durante o processo eleitoral 04 vereadores venceram 05, é no mínimo um absurdo, afirma o advogado Gilson Barros.
Ocorre que a chapa formada pelos vereadores PEDRO LIMA VERAS FILHO, ANTONIO SILVA, MANOEL DA CONCEIÇÃO e RAIMUNDO AUGUSTO fora de forma astuciosa e abusiva, lesada durante a sessão ordinária dirigida pelo atual Presidente da Mesa Diretora, Sr. Francisco Lopes, que na oportunidade passou os trabalhos a responsabilidade do 2º Secretário, Sr. Silvano, momento no qual, esse anunciou a Eleição da Casa, comunicando ato continuo aos presentes que apenas a Chapa nº 02 estaria participando do pleito, consignando que a Chapa nº 01 dos impetrantes estaria alijada do procedimento eleitoral por ter sido impugnada em virtude de ter supostamente perdido o prazo de inscrição.
Ato contínuo, os vereadores que integravam a chapa 02, buscaram a interferência do aparelho judiciário para ANULAR os efeitos da referida sessão legislativa que impediu a participação dos mesmos no processo eleitoral. No Mandado de Segurança distribuído na Comarca de Bom Jardim, a defesa dos impetrados argumenta entre outros pontos inquinados de ilegalidade o fato do REGIMENTO INTERNO DO PODER LEGISLATIVO MUNICIPAL não dispor sobre o prazo para apresentação de requerimento de chapa. Logo, o requerimento apresentado em 13.12.2010, 24 horas antes das eleições se encontrava dentro do prazo.
Consta ainda, que inúmeros foram os editais publicados pelo ex-presidente da Câmara de Vereadores, com o único propósito de confundir os integrantes da segunda chapa e maquiar o processo eleitoral. Sem contar, que o edital que fixou a data das eleições para o dia 14.12.2010 e que os requerimentos de chapa tinham que ser apresentados até 03 (três) dias antes do pleito é contrário ao regimento de tal forma que deveria ser submetido ao plenário da câmara.
Após analise da ação interposta pelos vereadores integrantes da Chapa 01, o Magistrado titular da Comarca de Bom Jardim, Dr. Raul José Duarte Goulart Júnior, se convencendo das provas carreadas aos autos, concedeu LIMINAR suspendendo os efeitos da eleição que saiu como vencedora a Chapa 02.
Irresignada com a decisão, a Chapa 02 recorre ao TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA deste ESTADO, interpondo Agravo de Intrumento contra a decisão do Magistrado de 1º grau, fato que também foi negado pelo desembargador PAULO VELTEN “…Ante o exposto, suficientemente fundamentado (CF art. 93 IX, CPC art. 165 in fine), INDEFIRO a liminar requerida, sem prejuízo do julgamento do mérito do Agravo pela Colenda Câmara.
Negado o referido Agravo a Chapa 02, ingressa com um Pedido de Suspensão de Segurança, dirigido ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justiça, Jamil Gedeon, que dá mesma forma foi negado ante a inexistência de fundamentos, somente em sede de Reconsideração em Agravo Regimental a Chapa 02 conseguiu efeito suspensivo da Liminar anteriormente concedida pelo Juiz titular da Comarca de Bom Jardim.
Para os vereadores, fato estranho é à intervenção direta do prefeito municipal ROQUE PORTELA no caso, ele arregimentou a banca de advogados do Município para defender os interesses e a permanência da chapa eleita de forma ilegal, tanto que o Advogado Abdon Marinho, de forma clara subscreve os Recursos interpostos no Tribunal de Justiça. Pergunta-se, qual o interesse do prefeito neste caso ?
Mais estranho ainda, foi à sentença do referido processo, da lavra do Magistrado ROGÉRIO PELEGRINI TOGNON RONDON titular da Comarca de Zé Doca, proferida pelo mesmo ante ao período de férias do Magistrado titular da Comarca de Bom Jardim.
Na decisão, o Magistrado entende que tudo ocorreu dentro da legalidade, vez que os vereadores impetrados se encontravam na sessão, assinaram a folha de ponto e logo após se evadiram do local e assim, desconsiderando todos os fundamentos impostos na decisão liminar da lavra do Magistrado Raul José Duarte Goulart Júnior, bem como nos fundamentos do Ministério Publico que deu parecer favorável a anulação da eleição.
Segundo o advogado dos Impetrados Dr. Gilson Barros, a Sentença prolatada pelo Magistrado ROGÉRIO PELEGRINI TOGNON RONDON é passível de reforma ainda no juízo de primeiro grau, através de Embargos ante a obscuridade no decisium
