O deputado Alexandre Almeida (PT do B) ocupou a tribuna da Assembleia Legislativa, durante a sessão desta quarta-feira (10), para anunciar o inicio das obras de recuperação da MA 040, um trecho de aproximadamente 80 km, que interliga os municípios de Timon, Parnarama e Matões.
A indicação para obra foi feita logo no início do mandato do parlamentar, tendo sido publicada no diário da Assembleia do dia 24 de fevereiro. “Assim que iniciei o meu mandato, registrei como uma das minhas principais bandeiras para aquela região, onde obtive uma votação expressiva, a recuperação e o asfaltamento da Ma 040, desde então, temos trabalhado incansavelmente para mostrar ao Governo do Estado a importância da obra”, disse Alexandre Almeida.
Segundo o parlamentar, a recuperação da Ma 040 vai beneficiar cerca de 200 mil pessoas. ‘“Não faz sentido que hoje alguém que resida em Matões, para ir a Timon, por exemplo, tenha que ir via Piauí”, destacou o parlamentar, lembrando que esse é o acesso comumente utilizado pelos moradores para se deslocarem entre as cidades que compõem a região.
“Essa obra vai garantir a concretização de um sonho meu, enquanto parlamentar, e dos moradores das localidades que serão beneficiadas, e mais, vai reforçar o empenho que a governadora Roseana sempre demonstrou em todos os seus governos: o de interligar os municípios do nosso Estado, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento dos mesmos”, ressaltou Almeida.
Alexandre Almeida ainda informou que as obras já foram autorizadas pelo Secretário de Infraestrutura, Max Barros. “O processo licitatório já foi realizado e a ordem de serviço emitida, as máquinas já estão no trecho e. em breve. teremos os trabalhos de recuperação concluídos, para então buscarmos o asfaltamento total da rodovia”, finalizou o parlamentar.

Senhor Presidente,
Na forma regimental, requeiro a Vossa Excelência que, após ouvida a Mesa, seja encaminhado expediente ao Excelentíssimo Senhor Secretário de Infraestrutura do Estado, Sr. José Max Pereira Barros, solicitando a recuperação e asfaltamento da Rodovia MA – 040, em especial o trecho que liga os municípios de Timon a Matões, de aproximadamente 80 Km. O referido trercho apresenta-se em estado deplorável, quase intrafegável. É necessário ressaltar que a recuperação solicitada proporcionará a melhoria de vida de aproximadamente duzentos e vinte mil cidadãos, visto que as cidades de Timon, Parnarama e Matões, que são as mais atingidas pelo péssimo estado da Rodovia, possuem, respectivamente , 155.396 (cento e cinquenta e cinco mil trezentos e noventa e seis mil habitantes), 30.930 ( trinta mil novecentos e trinta habitantes) e 34.613 (trinta e quatro mil seiscentos e treze habitantes) habitantes. Impende ainda destacar que a melhoria da referida via, no trecho citado, além de proporcionar maior integração, possibilitaria também fortalecimento economico, bem como social entre os referidos municípios.
