Será uma disputa arquitetada nas sombras, onde cada um usa as suas armas. O PSB conta com o poder de ocupar a Prefeitura de São Luís a partir de 2014, deixando, com isso, o PDT destroçado. O PSB dos Tavares dispõe de informações privilegiadas e levam vantagem, pois receberam a Secretaria de Educação – segundo orçamento – de porteira fechada, enquanto que o PDT recebeu diversas secretarias, mas todas com orçamentos minúsculos e sem poder mexer nos apaniguados de Castelo, Gardeninha e de alguns vereadores.
O que poderia unir PSDB, PSB, PDT, PTC, PCdoB, PSL e parte do PPS em São Luís? Que elo poderia existir entre eles para se tornarem, de uma hora para outra, irmãos da mesma causa? Uma das respostas para estas perguntas foi dada esta semana: O PSB continuará com a vice-prefeitura, pois dentre todos esses partidos é o único que controlará uma pasta com orçamento livre, ainda mais sendo a de Educação.
Chamar esse emaranhado de partidos famintos por cargos públicos de grupo é forçar um pouco a barra. Alguns secretários também estariam incluídos nessa confusão de posições. O mais impressionante é que o PSDB do prefeito Castelo parece não está muito satisfeito com tudo isso. Sabe-se que os deputados tucanos Carlos Brandão e Pinto Itamaraty não quiseram assumir nenhuma das condições propostas para que abrissem o lugar para Weverton Rocha, pois viram que não compensava. Agora é que a vaca foi pro brejo!!! Com a doação da educação para o PSB dos Tavares.
Diante disso, a estratégia de arrumar um lugar para Weverton Rocha e, assim, ver se segura de vez o PDT não vem surtido o efeito desejado. O PTC, PSL e parte do PPS sentiram o baque com essa força do PSB e não demorarão em vislumbrar novos horizontes.
O que existe hoje na política de São Luís é um emaranhado de ligações, negócios republicanos ou não, e conchavos. A faz acordos com B, que é parceiro em um empreendimento com C, que negocia com o resto do alfabeto e todos são inimigos políticos e também companheiros, tudo ao mesmo tempo agora.
O PDT é o partido que possui as bases em São Luís, coisa que Gardeninha tentou arrancar do partido brizolista, mas ainda não conseguiu, visto que os históricos não aceitam essa aproximação com o tucano Castelo.
Se relacionarmos esse emaranhado de acordo políticos do prefeito Castelo com as peças de um jogo de xadrez, poderíamos dizer que Castelo é o rei, o PSB dos Tavares a Rainha, O PSDB as torres, o PSL os cavalos (comandam a Câmara de Vereadores), o PCdoB e o PPS os bispos e o PDT e o PTC os peões. Para quem conhece o jogo sabe bem a função de cada peça.
