Os políticos além de não assumirem suas responsabilidades pelos péssimos índices confundem crescimento com distribuição de renda, cujo número de miseráveis no país supera todas as expectativas da falta de políticas públicas que realmente revertam esse quadro.
É indiscutível que o Brasil e o Maranhão cresceram nesses últimos anos num ritmo bem acelerado, porém não conseguem realmente fazer uma distribuição de renda que possa fazer com que todos os brasileiros participem desse crescimento.
O Brasil já é a 7ª maior economia mundial, pois os investimentos chegam de forma acelerada, como a indústria, o comércio, o agronegócio, o imobiliário, o automobilístico etc. Coisa que é visto a olho nu por todo o Brasil e aqui em São Luís, Imperatriz, Açailândia, Balsas, Grajaú e tantas outras cidades maranhenses.
Os argumentos científicos devem ser, sobretudo, econômicos, minimalistas, razão pela qual não podem ser consistentes com múltiplas e divergentes observações dentro do empírico e do senso comum. Modelos e argumentos científicos devem ser bastante precisos no que pode ser observado, para que sejam confrontados com os dados, corroborados.
É com essa perspectiva que os políticos devem se unir e buscar implementações em políticas públicas com estudos cautelosos e cuidadosamente testados para serem adotados. As reorganizações das políticas públicas devem ser feitas, pois só assim poderemos ter uma distribuição de renda que possa realmente mudar essa realidade maléfica para os brasileiros, que vivem excluídos de todo esse avanço que vem acontecendo.
As políticas públicas devem ser analisadas, na medida do possível, com rigor semelhante ao observado em outras áreas que obtiveram um crescimento fabuloso, como os citados acima. Estão fazendo a sua parte, agora falta a dos políticos.
Vejam a incoerência (De acordo com pesquisas e estudos de grandes pesquisadores mundiais)… O Brasil supera França e Reino Unido com o 7º maior PIB do mundo e o setor que mais contribuiu para o crescimento econômico foi a indústria, principalmente no Nordeste brasileiro, cujos estados viraram um canteiro de obras. Mas não pensaram nos excluídos!!!
A mesma pesquisa aponta que o Brasil tornou-se o 4º maior mercado mundial de automóveis e de computadores. Ficando o Estado do Maranhão como um dos maiores consumidores dessa produção. E tudo está só no início, mas por que os excluídos continuam ganhando menos de R$ 70 por mês?
Economistas mundiais estão prevendo que o Brasil terá o 4º PIB mundial em 2050. Contudo, os excluídos estarão fora da distribuição dessa renda!!!
O Brasil ultrapassou economicamente a França e deve ultrapassar o Reino Unido até 2013, ficando definitivamente na sétima posição e se preparando para em 2050 se tornar de vez a quarta economia mundial. Pena que nas mãos de poucos!!! Pois um brasileiro terá de esperar pelo menos mais 40 anos para ter a renda média de hoje de um alemão.
O avanço do Brasil e de todos Estados pode impressionar. Mas os levantamentos indicam que a quarta maior economia do mundo não modificará sua distribuição de renda, ou seja, significa que a pobreza pode não ser erradicada. Para que tenha realmente mudanças, os excluídos dependerão dos políticos e seus comprometimentos de fato com as políticas públicas sérias, que garantirão a distribuição da riqueza.
O mal dos políticos brasileiros, especialmente os maranhenses, é desconhecer de fato as estatísticas, pois são poucos que sabem que um brasileiro tem em média uma renda equivalente a 22% da renda de um americano. Em 40 anos, ganhará ainda menos da metade do que será a renda de um trabalhador nos Estados Unidos.
Em termos de expansão do PIB, o Brasil não estará entre os líderes e, mesmo na quarta posição mundial, o País terá em 40 anos um PIB que não difere do tamanho atual da economia chinesa, que vem melhorando a distribuição de renda e melhorando a qualidade de vida dos chineses.
