A matéria desse blog “Que o Ministério Público e a Assembléia Legislativa façam cumprir a Lei…” ganhou repercussão na sessão de hoje (19), na Assembléia Legislativa.
O primeiro a se pronunciar foi o deputado Jota Pinto (PP), que ao ler a matéria, cobrou o cumprimento da lei que estabelece a gratuidade no uso de banheiros nas rodoviárias do Estado, de autoria da ex-deputada Tereza Murad, fixada em 2005. Pinto disse que vai apresentar requerimento endereçado ao Procon e ao Ministério Público Estadual, na sessão de amanhã (20), solicitando fiscalização rigorosa no cumprimento da legislação, e para pedir informações sobre o fato da lei vir sendo desrespeitada há tanto tempo.
O parlamentar revelou que tantoem São Luíscomo no interior do Estado a lei vem sendo descumprida. “Se é lei não pode cobrar”, alertou. Jota Pinto contou que a lei foi promulgada pelo então presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, João Evangelista, e elogiou a determinação do ex-presidente, por haver tomado a medida após sucessivos vetos a projetos sobre o assunto.
Jota Pinto disse também queem outros Estados, a exemplo de São Paulo, conforme consta na matéria do blog, a fiscalização tem sido rigorosa para evitar cobranças por uso de banheiros em rodoviárias.
O deputado Helio Soares, também, foi a tribuna cobrar o cumprimento da Lei, por não ser justo cobrar da coletividade o uso de banheiros e prometeu cobrar o Ministério Público o cumprimento da Lei.
Na verdade, a lei entrou em vigor no Estado de São Paulo desde sábado, quando o governador exigiu que a lei seja cumprida com rigor.
Espera-se que dessa vez se faça valer a luta da ex-deputada Teresa Murad, que ingressou por três vezes com o mesmo projeto de lei, que dispunha a proibição de cobrança de taxa para uso de banheirosem rodoviárias. Todasforam vetadas pelo Executivo, porém vale ressaltar a coragem do ex-presidente João Evangelista, que em 2007, depois do veto do Executivo, sancionou a lei, que entrou em vigor.
Apenas para aumentar a necessidade da cobrança dessa lei, os taxistas e empregados de lanchonetes e quiosques que funcionam na Rodoviária de São Luís, usam a parte de trás da parada de ônibus para fazer suas necessidades fisiológicas… Simplesmente um absurdo!!!

É muita falta do que fazer desses nossos deputados… Vejam com o que eles estão preocupados, com tantos problemas para serem debatidos e cobrados soluções, eles vão logo tratar de banheiro.

Professor, certamente você conhece a realidade da Estação Rodoviária e o seu estacionamento, a Rampa Campos Melo, do Porto do Cujupe, do Aeroporto Cunha Machado (aerotenda) e seu estacionamento. Acredito que o Senhor, assim como toda a população não estar satisfeito com a forma como esses espaços públicos são tratados pelas autoridades.
Quando digo que os nossos parlamentares não tem o que fazer, eu estou me referindo à toda essa problemática, que pelo visto não é objeto da preocupação de muitos.
Só uma curiosidade: quanto custa o estacionamento da Rodoviária e o do Aeroporto? Por um acaso o Senhor já teve a infelicidade de ter que pernoitar lá no porto do Cujupe? Se a resposta for negativa, eu compreendo a razão de o Senhor querer comentar o que disse.
Ah, o Deputado J. Pinto é da Baixada e, imagino eu que ele deve saber do que eu estou falando.
Concordo com você. conheço todos esses problemas, mas existem leis aprovadas, porém não são colocadas em prática… É preciso o Ministério Público e o Procon tomar as providências cabíveis.
