Nós nao somos de Sao Luis e já faz mais de um mes que encaminhamos os documentos via sedex para a Parcele para que dessem entrada no financiamento do restante do valor do nosso imóvel. Nós sabemos, pelo registro dos correios que os documentos haviam chegado desde o dia 30 de junho e, por meio de um mediador do banco itaú, descobrimos que nossas propostas de financiamento ainda nem haviam sido enviadas ao banco para análise. Acabamos de ter a notícia de que a proposta deve chegar no banco (sao paulo) a partir de quarta feira da semana que vem. (isso se nao houver mais problemas…)
Enfim..eu havia acabado de comentar com meu marido que assim que eu fosse a sao luis, faria uma representaçao junto ao PROCON E DECON, quando decidi pesquisar o nome da FANERE no google e descobri o seu site e a movimentaçao que os proprietários do Grand Park estao realizando. Inclusive, eu entendi que talvez já haja representaçao junto a esses órgaos, caso em que nós gostaríamos de nos unir a voces.
INfelizmente eu nao poderei participar das manifestaçoes amanha, pois eu moro em Manaus. Mas, o meu esposo, para quem eu tambem enviei este email, pretende entrar em contato com voce para obter mais informaçoes e se unir aos outros proprietários prejudicados. Meu marido já está morando aí em Sao Luis, com amigos, e estamos só aguardando o desenlace da situaçao para podermos entrar no nosso apartamento.

Acreditem! Moro no Araçagy, bairro que faz parte, não sei porque, do município de São José de Ribamar. Pois bem, por esses dias, pelo “andar da carruagem”, vai acontecer a grande inauguração de uma escola na minha rua, mais precisamente, Rua Silva Rocha, no quarteirão subseqüente ao da minha casa. Que maravilha! Uma Escola Municipal para atender as demandas educacionais do Município e do Estado. Porém, meus amigos…pasmem! Estão asfaltando tão somente, o acesso e o entorno da escola, ou seja, asfalto exclusivamente em meias ruas, numa ínfima parte do bairro, para que o Prefeito Cutrim e o seu séquito tenham uma boa apreciação do evento, chegando ao local da inauguração, incólumes de lama, buracos e poeira. Enquanto isso, a maioria da Vila Tamer, que não mora nas circunvizinhanças imediatas da Escola Municipal, é vítima, sem comiseração, do descaso e, também, do infortúnio de não estar inserida no pequeno quarteirão
laureado. Agora, asfalto naquela região, só DEUS sabe quando. Isso é uma VERGONHA!
